Verizon increasing FIOS TV’s interactivity with the internet

Awesome! Inc. Seven Design Elements Video Project

Zara’s value proposition- trendy designs by getting customer’s feedback
iPod- mp3 player on the go, easy to use,..
ZARA: supply chain integrated with information chain.
Marry effiency with creativity (both Zara and apple do this)
