After talking about the group project, we continued discussing the marketspace matrix.  We finished talking about the product and pricing portions, using eBay as an example.  In theory, a company can put any price point on a product, but consumers might not buy it.  The seller has to choose a competitive price that still speaks of the product value.  We moved on to talk up community.  Community is perhaps the most important area on the Internet, composed of both individualization and interactivity.  It is a set of interwoven relationships built upon shared interests, which satisfies member’s needs otherwise unattainable individually.
