The importance of integrated communication;1. the goal of marketing and communication is to convey relevant messages to the right consumers at the right time, 2. synergy between messages is integrated communications, 3. traditional and interactive marketing methods are converging.

The communication process is to first identify the target audience. Then a communication objective is determined. Developing the media plan and creating the message can be done at the same time even though they are separate steps. Executing the campaign would be next. Then you should evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.

Products can be defined as both tangible goods and intangible services that are usually created for the purpose of a transaction. Core benefit, basic product, and augmented products are the 3 components of overall value proposition.
