Context- It’s the aesthetics and functional look and feel
Communication- Sense of community can encourage customers to return to a website primarily because
Community – Can be define as set of interwoven relationship built upon shared interest
Customization- The ability to modify itself to each user
Connection- Is the degress to which a given site is able to link to ther sites through a hypertext
Commerce- Transactional capacity of a site. The sales of goods, products, or service of the site
