the 7C’s have two types links which are: “fit” which demonstrates how all work at an overall value proposition; and “reinforcement” which shows how all work together.  The content deals with the pictures, text, sound, etc of the webpage. The look and feel of the site. community shows how the sites enable user to user communication. By buliding a community you can make a customer feel the need to come back (string attach) by creating an attractive content Also, some type of activity can help a customers achieve certain activities. customization explains about the site’s ability to transform to a customer’s taste or to differenrt users in general. This helps address individual needs by being able to alternate. communication- the way that the site can have communication with the user. This referes to the dialogue. this refers to the dialolgue portrayed by the firm. connection-  measures the extend that the site is linked to other websites.  commerce- measures the sites ability to fufill a commercial transaction. For example, security, credit card, registration, del. opt, tracking, etc. The dimensions of context is the offering, appeal and multimedia mix. aswellas the context type.
