In this class we look at how to integrate sustainability into global supply chains and relationships with vendors. Using the case method, we analyze practices that several public companies are implementing to achieve social, environmental, and financial sustainability, the triple bottom line. From these analyses we arrive at what the current best practices are, what additional measures could be, as well as issues that need to be addressed to effectively incorporate recommended measures.
