Our presentation discusses the definition of Net Neutrality as well as the Pros, Cons and regulation. Although most people might be for Net Neutrality, we didn’t take any sides. While doing the presentation we decided to use different type of tools which we then combine and made as one. The tools included PowerPoint, Camtasia Studio, and Jing. After creating the PowerPoint, we installed an Add-in button to the toolbar which allows us to record the PowerPoint. The Add-Ins button allows us to record the slides while capturing our voice and then let us transfer the recording into Camstasia for editing. After recording the second part of the video which was created by Jing, we combine both video together and made it as one using Camstasia Studio. Camsatasia allowed us to edit the video and submit it directly to YouTube. Although the process was long, we had a great experience and learn different ways to make a presentation online using different programs.

I like your presentation. I think you did a great job defining and explaining Net Neutrality. One thing I noticed, I hear some water dripping in the background. lol.
Net Neutrality is a really tricky and hard topic to talk about but i think you guys did an excellent job with it. According to the web net neutrality is, “Network neutrality (also net neutrality, Internet neutrality) is a principle that advocates no restrictions by Internet service providers or governments on consumers’ access to networks that participate in the internet. Specifically, network neutrality would prevent restrictions on content, sites, platforms, types of equipment that may be attached, and modes of communication”. Net neutrality sort o plays hand in hand with online privacy. Who actually gets to view and use what on the internet is more complicated then it seems. Digital Divide is definitely a key issue in this topic. Digital Divide is when some people are not giving the privilege or rights to do certain things on the internet. Equality within the internet can be hard to grasp and really hard to define if certain people should benefit from others
It is so hard to acutally make the cyber environment neutral as we would like to define it: “With no restrictions, an open flatform, etc…” Along with all the cyber-bullying, cyber-harrassments, and countries around the world restricting it, we need more time to spread our words out to eventurally make our internet neutral. It happened to me many times when I try to watch something online, the website forces me to download their own media player in order to watch it. It brings a lot of inconveniences and made me feel like being discriminated. Very nice presentation. Good job!
This is an interesting topic which tells the principle that advocates no restrictions by Internet service providers or governments on consumers’ access to networks that participate in the internet. Specifically, network neutrality would prevent restrictions on content, sites, platforms, types of equipment that may be attached, and modes of communication. I liked it.
Great presentation, net neutrality is a major issue since companies try to raise their profits in this rough economy by squeezing every penny they can get their hands on. I think it is imperative we have net neutrality in today’s cyber world.
