Our access to Euromonitor has been disabled until we finalize our new license agreement. The license is with the legal team.

This is most disconcerting. Since this is not the first time access has been denied to a database because of a contract or license hasn’t been finalized with Baruch’s legal team, I am wondering what changes need to occur to the process to prevent this from happening again. Please advise.
I cannot recall other problems with licensing, the legal team has in fact been totally responsive. I did not expect the original license would need to be reviewed (we have been signing addendums to the original license) so perhaps did not initiate things as early as I might have.
