May 16-24, 24 hours access study space for Baruch students
The Newman Library will be open continuously from 7:00am on May 15th through 11:59pm on May 24th. (24 Hours for Baruch students only. All others will be asked to leave at midnight.)

At the request of Undergraduate Student Government the library will be open to Baruch College students for 24 hours for a second week of mid-terms. The library will is now open around the clock until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 27.

Newman Library will be open 24 hours during mid-terms.
The library will be open continuously from 7:00am on March 15th through 11:59pm on March 21st.
Please note, only Baruch students have access after midnight.

The Practice Room , room 636 in the 6th floor computing lab of the Library/Technology Building, is available to Baruch College students to practice their class presentations using the same technology (podium, projector, computer) that is found in Baruch’s smart classrooms.

The library’s wireless network has been significantly updated. 35 more access points have been added throughout the library, so wireless connection is much faster.

During the final exam period when the library is open 24 hours, students can use group study rooms until midnight. (Only Baruch students have access to the group study rooms and only Baruch students have access to the library after midnight.)

Winter Recess …
The library will be closed from December 24 through January 1, 2009 for Winter Recess*. The library will reopen January 2, 2009.
*Exceptions to schedule: On December 26th, 29th, and 30th, the library will be open from 9am to 4:50pm to Baruch faculty and patrons who need to clear their library accounts or return equipment.
