Personl Enrichment Workshop Mediating Conflicts and resolving disputes

This workshop was a good experience because it was more of a private seminar. In the workshop, we discussed the problems that might result in conflict in the Baruch community. The class was very engaged in the discussion and we created a list about the problems and how to prevent and avoid conflict. This taught me to be more passive and how to approach my issues with other people. The adviser explained that if we have a problem with the Baruch community we should approach it calmly and carefully so the other person will take the defensive position.
