Through mentoring, seminars, lectures and a competition, the Baruch College Executive on Campus [EOC] program, in its 11th year, provides undergraduate and graduate students with networking, interviewing and other essential “soft skills” vital to compete in the job market. EOC mentors are current and retired corporate executives of major companies in and around New York City.
Through EOC’s various mentoring programs, EOC Mentors offer guidance and support assisting students to help them conduct effective, efficient job searches, make thoughtful career decisions and/or achieve the most from internships and jobs they have or will get. Mentors are alumni and friends of Baruch College.
